Achieve Effective Weight Loss with Hypnosis

weightIn my practice I get clients who have tried almost every single diet ever invented, only to lose the weight temporarily and then gain it all back. A diet might be useful for an event like a wedding, when you want to lose the weight for a specific reason and you don’t care if you put it back on as soon as the event is over.

Hypnosis can help you change your habits and behaviors so that you feel satisfied by eating a moderate amount of healthy foods, learn to eat slowly, get rid of cravings, stop the emotional eating, increase confidence, self-esteem and motivation to exercise or do physical activities.

Hypnosis is not a magic pill but an effective tool to help you take control over your life and treat yourself better. After all you deserve to consume foods that are high in nutrients, whole natural foods that give you life, energy and vitality.

Here’s my list of foods I can’t live without:

1.- Nuts. In moderation, they are great for you! I always carry them in my purse for a quick snack so I’m never starving. I become irritable if I’m starving so I eat healthy snacks throughout the day.

2.- Avocados. Yes, another fattening food you might think, but I eat an avocado everyday and don’t gain weight. it’s about the quality, not the quantity.

3.- Kale. I drink a green smoothie every morning and it tastes great if you add some fruit and vegan protein powder. Kale is a nutrient dense food with so few calories.

4.- Berries. They are high in antioxidants and low in calories. I add them to my smoothie, my morning oatmeal or my plant based plain yogurt.

5.- Hummus. it’s high in protein and perfect to eat with baby carrots, celery sticks or with some bread or crackers.
